Here we are again, back to school with winter quickly approaching.  This also means cold and flu season. It seems this year we opened the school doors with kids already sick with runny noses and cough’s. Our nurses office has a steady stream of kids coming in and then going home sick. I really like this product and keep it handy this time of year, not just for me, but for my entire family. I also like that this product comes in roll on form making application very easy. Breathe Again is made mostly with eucalyptus which contains high amounts of Cineole.  Cineole has been studied for its support of healthy lung function. To apply just roll on chest or neck as desired.

As always KEEP AWAY from children and check with your physician if your are unsure of any product.

Stay healthy and if you would like to order please use my form at the top of  this blog.

Enjoy,

There is nothing better than an invigorating shower gel to start your day! I really like this one as it smells terrific and not only cleans but has moisturizing botanicals!  This body gel has citrus, lemon grass, Juniper and Peppermint!  A great way to start your day!

I am writing this post today for one main reason, I NEED more!  We are back to school and I am around over 1,500 high schoolers where germs are everywhere and kids always seem to be sick! I have tried many of the waterless sanitizers, but I really like this one. This is one that I do bring and keep to use at school as it is great for kids and adults. Some of the oils used in this are cloves, cinnamon, rosemary and lemon to just name a few. As you can imagine… it smells good too! My favorite part is that it also contains natural moisturizers including aloe vera!
To use just apply about a nickel size amount into your hand and rub in until it is absorbed. I know you will like this one as much as I do!

You can purchase a single bottle or a pack of three. If you are like me you will want three, one for the office, one for home and one for the car !

Enjoy,

It is SUMMER and sometimes Summer comes with odors that we may not like very much.   Things like your kids sweaty, stinky shoes or cleats from a sport activity or maybe your dog coming in from the rain (there is nothing worse than wet dog smell!)  Purification Oil from Young Living is a simple natural solution, no more chemicals! A couple drops can simply be put in the shoes or this can be diffused in the air to help purify and clean the air from various odors (this includes cigarette smoke…YUCK!!)  If you are interested in a diffuser,  you can find a couple different kinds (even a travel size) on my Young Living link!
Purification oil can also be used to cleanse and sooth insect bites, cuts and scrapes.
One more GREAT use, an INSECT REPELLENT.  How awesome is that! Dilute a few drops with water, store in a spray bottle and use as needed!

Enjoy!

Slide12     Peppermint oil!  I had no idea peppermint oil had so many great ways that it can be used.  I am happy to share these with all of you! Most of you know the more common things like flavorings in food and beverages along with fragrance in soap and cosmetics.  But did you know it also helps with indigestion? It DOES! Simply add a couple drops of peppermint oil into a warm glass of water and drink after your meal.
Are you suffering from a summer cough or cold? Guess what? The menthol in the peppermint oil is said to help the respiratory tract. Rub a small amount of oil on your chest OR inhale through a vaporizer.
Stress?  Headache? SIMPLE FIX…dab a little peppermint oil on your wrist or put a couple drops in your bath water before bed!
We are in the dog days of Summer, so I hope this helps you relax and enjoy it!

As always check with a doctor if you are unsure of ANY new product!
