This is hands down delicious and is a new family favorite! I made this the simple way with pre-made seasoning, and our favorite jar of Alfredo sauce.  You could certainly make this with your own seasoning blend and your own Alfredo but I wanted an easy dinner and not only was it easy it was oohhhh soooo gooood!!!  TRY IT .  I know you will love it!

INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of blackening seasoning (found in your spice aisle)
1 (15 ounce) of your favorite Alfredo sauce
1 (12 ounce) package of dried fettuccine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

DIRECTIONS
First thing in the morning combine the olive oil and the seasoning, mixing well. Pour into a ziploc bag and add the chicken. Let marinade in the fridge all day. When you are ready to cook, take the chicken out of the bag and discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side depending on the size of the chicken. When the chicken is cooked through take off of the heat, let rest and slice diagonally. Heat Alfredo sauce over low heat until warmed through. Cook Fettuccine until al dante. Mix pasta and sauce and add the chicken on top!

Enjoy,

This recipe is easy and you can make it with all of your favorite pizza toppings! This would be great for any game day or tailgating although I made it for some teenagers! This was gone very quick. be sure to cook this all the way through, I found that it looked done on the outside but the center needed a little more time!

INGREDIENTS
2 tubes of refrigerated french bread dough
1 1/2 cups of your favorite pizza sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Any of your favorite pizza toppings
I used…
1 cup diced pepperoni
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup crumbled bacon

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Take dough out of the tubes and cut the first roll of dough in half length wise, then cut the dough into 32 total pieces. Do the same with the second dough. You will have 64 dough balls.
Arrange dough pieces on a pizza stone or pan. Top with sauce and all of your toppings.
Bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cooked through.

Enjoy,

This is one of my favorite desserts to make as it is quick and easy and everyone loves  it!  This is a recipe that has been all over the internet for a few years now. You can adjust the topping of this recipe with the holidays, I usually add red and green candy topping for the Christmas season, you could add nuts and red candies for Valentine’s Day, most small candy and nut toppings will work.
INGREDIENTS
1 large sleeve of saltine crackers
1/2 pound of butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups semi sweet mini chocolate chips
1 cup of toffee bits (find in the baking aisle)

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Arrange crackers in a single layer on a cookie sheet that has been covered with non- stick aluminum foil, I also use a small amount of non stick spray.  Set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stir in sugar and bring to a low boil. Continue to boil and stir constantly until the butter is combined, this takes about 3-4 minutes. When the mixture is combined, pour it over the crackers slowly covering the crackers the best you can. Bake for 5 minutes or until the edges of the crackers start to turn brown. Take this out of the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the mixture. Shut the oven off and return the cookie sheet back into the oven with the door open for 1 minute or until chips begin to melt. Remove from oven again and spread the chocolate completely over the cracker mixture. Sprinkle with toffee bits. Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove from fridge and break into pieces.

Enjoy,
