This is a great vegetarian dish with BIG flavor! If you do not like the flavor of sesame then the dressing is not for you, but the dressing can be changed to almost anything you like! We like this for a light lunch or dinner and easy to take to work for lunch! Serve as a salad or my favorite way in a pita pocket!
1 bag of coleslaw mix (cabbage, red and green and carrots)
1 cup of chow mein noodles
1 cup of sugar snap peas (diced)
Mix all ingredients and serve with dressing
Garlic Ginger dressing
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons of honey
1/4 cup of water
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well to combine!
